My experience with RediTeach was a very positive. I have studied most of my life between school, Certificate III and Diploma, so when I was told I had to complete the Advance Diploma of Children's Services I was very negative. The thought of raising my five children and working full time was very overwhelming. I was lucky enough to have had Renee Garden begin_of_the_skype_highlighting end_of_the_skype_highlighting who helped me through each module in a very positive way. Renee was so infectious with her positive and happy attitude and made it very easy for me to want to learn. During my time with RediTeach Renee became sick and I had to have a fill in trainer Jacqui. Jacqui was also very positive and friendly which I believe made it easier for me to complete the Advance Diploma. I have now finished all my studies which I am now a qualified child care centre Director, and believe it or not I actually want to go back and study more. Thanks Girls you rock.

Learning through RediTeach was fantastic!! I loved the flexibility and the fact that I could schedule study time in when it suited me. The instructors were really helpful and supportive and just so encouraging. I normally am one the those people that dreads studying but with Renee and Jacqui as my coaches I actually looked forward to it. The girls really gave me confidence to become a child care Director.

I completed my Diploma in Children's Services through RPL with RediTeach. I found the whole experience very easy. I had a great instructor to help me along, and made me feel relaxed and comfortable and made the process fun. Overall I was very pleased with the training I received. I am in the process of completing the Diploma in Childrens Services with RediTeach. I am loving my experience especially the instructors. I come in and independantly study every fortnight where I sometimes need the support of an instructor I always feel comfortable approaching them. I really enjoyed my hospitality training at RediTeach because all the personnel in the company are friendly and they make you feel welcome, the training itself is really good because, Tahliah my trainer uses mediums like projection and examples for the students to understand the topics more and keep them interested. The instructor also makes sure that ever body in the class is participating. The snacks are yummy too and too many kinds to choose from.

Recognition of Prior Learning
Recognition of prior learning (RPL) means your existing skills and knowledge can be recognised no matter how, when or where your learning occurred. By using RPL you can fast-track your qualification by having some, or all, of the units of the qualification recognised. In some cases, you won’t have to sit the course at all.

How do I qualify for RPL?
The RPL process suits people who are skilled and need to gain formal recognition of their abilities. You will need to provide evidence to an assessor that shows your skills meet today’s industry standards.
Evidence includes:
Work samples
Practical demonstrations in the workplace
Assessment interviews
References from your supervisor or people in your community
Our expert instructors interview you, provide you with a question bank and advise on the evidence you will need to provide. If there are any 'gaps' in your training or experience you can purchase and study the relevant unit of competancy.
