My experience with RediTeach was a very positive. I have studied most of my life between school, Certificate III and Diploma, so when I was told I had to complete the Advance Diploma of Children's Services I was very negative. The thought of raising my five children and working full time was very overwhelming. I was lucky enough to have had Renee Garden begin_of_the_skype_highlighting end_of_the_skype_highlighting who helped me through each module in a very positive way. Renee was so infectious with her positive and happy attitude and made it very easy for me to want to learn. During my time with RediTeach Renee became sick and I had to have a fill in trainer Jacqui. Jacqui was also very positive and friendly which I believe made it easier for me to complete the Advance Diploma. I have now finished all my studies which I am now a qualified child care centre Director, and believe it or not I actually want to go back and study more. Thanks Girls you rock.

I completed my Diploma in Children's Services through RPL with RediTeach. I found the whole experience very easy. I really enjoyed my hospitality training at RediTeach because all the personnel in the company are friendly and they make you feel welcome, the training itself is really good because, Tahliah my trainer uses mediums like projection and examples for the students to understand the topics more and keep them interested. The instructor also makes sure that ever body in the class is participating. The snacks are yummy too and too many kinds to choose from.

Many of our courses are studied using blended delivery. This means you can study at your own pace using our internet based resources as well as having access to daily Web Workshops to engage with other students and a qualified instructor.

On-line Resources
With your Student ID and password you will have immediate access to our easy-to-follow course materials and assessments. You can get started straightaway.
Web Workshops
Using the internet you can attend ‘live’ web workshops where you can interact with a qualified instructor and other students. The Getting Started Web Workshop will give you a demonstration of the on-line resources and walk you through how to get started on your first unit of study. After that you will have access to Web Workshops for each unit of study. In these tutorial sessions you can ask questions, listen to feedback from other students and get handy hints and tips from the instructors. These workshops are optional but are designed to keep you motivated and on-track to successfully complete your qualification.
Practical Workplace Requirements
Some courses, for example Certificate III in Children's Services, require you to undertake a period of practical on the job learning and assessments. When this is required you will be advised by your teacher who will provide you with assistance to find a suitable work placement so your work based practical assessment tasks are properly supervised.

Students can log support emails and calls with instructors when one-on-one assistance is required. Our instructors are always happy to help and will build a relationship with students to make your learning experience enjoyable and successful.

Proof of Identity
All students must provide proof of identification to commence study. We will require a copy of ONE of the following: Driver’s licence,18 plus photo ID card or your passport.
We will collect this information after successful enrolment. If you cannot provide photographic ID we will discuss alternative forms of identification with you individually.
