My experience with RediTeach was a very positive. I have studied most of my life between school, Certificate III and Diploma, so when I was told I had to complete the Advance Diploma of Children's Services I was very negative. The thought of raising my five children and working full time was very overwhelming. I was lucky enough to have had Renee Garden who helped me through each module in a very positive way. Renee was so infectious with her positive and happy attitude and made it very easy for me to want to learn. During my time with RediTeach Renee became sick and I had to have a fill in trainer Jacqui. Jacqui was also very positive and friendly which I believe made it easier for me to complete the Advance Diploma. I have now finished all my studies which I am now a qualified child care centre Director, and believe it or not I actually want to go back and study more. Thanks Girls you rock.

Learning through RediTeach was fantastic!! I loved the flexibility and the fact that I could schedule study time in when it suited me. The instructors were really helpful and supportive and just so encouraging. I normally am one the those people that dreads studying but with Renee and Jacqui as my coaches I actually looked forward to it. The girls really gave me confidence to become a child care Director.

I really enjoyed my hospitality training at RediTeach because all the personnel in the company are friendly and they make you feel welcome, the training itself is really good because, Tahliah my trainer uses mediums like projection and examples for the students to understand the topics more and keep them interested. The instructor also makes sure that ever body in the class is participating. The snacks are yummy too and too many kinds to choose from.

My time at RediTeach Essential training has enabled me to gain the necessary skills to explore a new career in hospitality. The course has been fun and interesting. My instructor, Tahliah has made learning pleasurable and exciting. I would recommend a RediTeach course to all of my family and friends whom are endeavoring to gain new skills or learn about new and updated information.

I recommend all courses through RediTeach for everybody. I find the course to be easy to learn because of well trained staff and the set up of the course. It's great.

I loved the Cert IV Training and Assessment program by Rediteach. Sue Tragear, my trainer, is professional, approachable and knows her stuff! I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting a change and to create a difference in their life. After my partner and I separated earlier this year my confidence and belief in myself had plummeted. This was just the therapy I needed to relaunch myself. Thanks Rediteach!

Diane Clarke - Monday, November 30, 2009

You can be forgiven for not knowing a single thing about the new Modern Awards that will be introduced for Australian workers on January 1, 2010. You will no doubt be relieved to hear that you are not alone. Of the 30 friends and associates I asked, some business owners, some employees, a few Government workers and at least two lawyers, not one of them knew what I was talking about. Read More

Online Courses Open Doors

Diane Clarke - Tuesday, August 18, 2009

In this ever-changing economy, staying ahead of the educational curve is fast becoming the difference between workers who find gainful employment and those who face rejection after rejection. It is also essential for gaining recognition in an existing workplace and for keeping the door on promotions wide open. Unfortunately, busy people just do not always have the time to head back to the classroom to keep their credentials up-to-date or to advance them.

Fortunately, the economy isn’t the only thing that is changing. The face of adult education has experienced quite a few changes in recent history. Thanks to the introduction of new technology, adult students have options that are flexible enough to meet their demands. The Internet and the prevalence of home computers have combined to create a classroom experience that is very effective, but distinctly different. Read More
